Mingling is a short social period, typically about 30 minutes before karaoke begins. Guests can arrive, grab a drink, and meet the Broadway hosts in a relaxed setting. It helps everyone settle in, break the ice, and feel comfortable before the singing starts.

We mix lively group numbers, duets, and popular songs. We start with a fun group song to warm everyone up, then invite guests to do duets or smaller groups. The Broadway hosts occasionally perform solos or duets, but the focus is on getting guests involved. Throughout the night, you can sing solo or with friends, and our hosts keep everyone comfortable, sharing the mic, and cheering each other on.

Our hosts are professional performers with genuine Broadway credits. They welcome guests, energize the room, and guide the karaoke flow. Expect them to lead sing-alongs, interact with everyone, and bring an unforgettable energy to your night.

We handle venue selection to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for you and your guests. We typically select a private room at a karaoke bar in Manhattan. If you have a preferred location, let us know—just be aware that a custom package may be needed to accommodate specific venue requests.

Venue size typically limits capacity, ensuring an intimate, engaging atmosphere. Too many guests may overcrowd the room, reduce sound quality, and limit everyone's chance to sing comfortably. If you have a larger group in mind, let us know for a custom quote—we can secure multiple private rooms and guests and hosts can float between them throughout the night.

Our standard setlists feature popular hits and Broadway classics. A custom setlist means you can request specific songs or a theme—like 80s night, all show tunes, or anything else you dream up. We'll tailor the playlist to your preferences.

We offer three types:

1. Group Photo: A quick smartphone snapshot of everyone at the end of the night.
2. Instant Photos: We provide instant cameras for fun take-home souvenirs.
3. Professional Photo/Video: A photographer/videographer covers the entire experience with a digital gallery.

Some packages include a welcome drink and light bites. Beyond those, you can set up a separate tab for more food or drinks, or let guests purchase items individually. If you need more extensive catering or bar options, we can arrange that through a Custom package. Most venues we work with do not allow outside food or beverages.

Unfortunately, no. Our hosts often have other professional or personal commitments, so we can't extend karaoke time last-minute. We'll help you pick the right duration when you book. If you and your guests want to keep socializing after the show, we're happy to recommend a nearby bar to keep the fun going.

We generally suggest "smart casual," so everyone looks good and can move comfortably. If you have a theme (like 80s or formal), we're happy to embrace that vibe—just let guests know in advance.

We recommend booking at least 4–8 weeks in advance for prime dates, especially Thursdays and Fridays. We can try to accommodate last-minute requests, but venue and host availability may be limited.

If you cancel at least 7 days before the event, we provide a 50% refund. If you cancel within 7 days, no refund is available. Please note that once a venue is booked, rescheduling may not be possible.
